In USA insider trading is allowed. They say that since it can not be stopped, better then to make it transparent. So, what have the insider traders been up to? Fortunately you can tap into this database through some user friendly interfaces and get some info on this. You as for an example get a very interesting look into GOOG using AOL or Form4Oracle or Secform4. Now accordingly to what I have read, there have been a lot of insider selling the past few months and I decided to revisit the subject of option ARMs and found this interview with William K. Black. From what I gather, there are certainly stuff going on now and stuff that will happen in the future, that tells me that things are bad.

I believe I read somewhere that the banking system is likely to take a hit later on this year and then there is the next wave of option ARM resets. Probably the people in the know are making a lot of money from all of this volatility. Is this really the way things are supposed to work?
